First of all, Happy Thanksgiving! 

I hope that each of you are spending time with family or friends today, eating some great food, and doing things today that you enjoy.

I want to send out a sincere thank you to everyone that I have worked with this year. 

I’ve worked with some great people, from my co-workers at United Real Estate, to the many people that I’ve helped in buying or selling a home. I’ve enjoyed every single minute of it!

Real Estate Tips for Active Military and Veterans

Starting January 1, 2020, as part of the Blue Water Navy Vietnam Veterans Act, Purple Heart recipients will be exempt from paying the funding fee the Department of Veteran Affairs charges on its guaranteed home loans.
