Start the New Year off right by taking care of your home. Who wants to deal with costly repairs? It makes much more sense to maintain what you have than to have to fix it later. Yes, January is almost over, but these tips can be taken care of in February. No worries. Just don't put these projects off too long.  These tips will not only save you money in the long run, they will help with your home energy costs, will help to keep your family safe and will help you to avoid repairs. No special skills are required to perform these maintenance tasks either! While you're at it, make a note in your calendar at the end of December 2021 that you need to do these tasks next January too. Right now you might be trying to make excuses, telling yourself that you don't have the time to do these things now.
