Real Estate Tips for Active Military and Veterans

If you are a Purple Heart recipient or you know someone who is, please consider this info. Starting January 1, 2020, as part of the Blue Water Navy Vietnam Veterans Act, Purple Heart recipients will be exempt from paying the funding fee the Department of Veteran Affairs charges on its guaranteed home loans.
